Hownam, Kelso, Scottish Borders, Scotland, UK. 10th June 2020. A team of sheep shearers clip 600 North Country Cheviot hoggs at Buchtrig Farm in the Cheviot Hills near the Anglo Scottish Border. Wool prices are expected to drop by as much as 50 percent in 2020 due to a surplus of unsold stock, meaning farmers will definitely make a loss on the shearing process.
