Hawick, Scottish Borders, UK. 28th May 2019. Horses and riders patrol Hawick's marches out to the Dumfires and Galloway border at Mosspaul, the longest ride of the Common Riding season at 27 miles. The ride takes place twice, the Tuesday ride was previously for shift workers in the mills and Saturday workers in the wool shops.
